- Determine inspection equipment, tools, and methods, and ensure regular calibration and maintenance.
6. Non-Conforming Product Control and Handling
- Establish procedures for controlling non-conforming products, including handling, recording, and traceability mechanisms.
- Ensure proper identification and disposition of conforming and non-conforming products.
7. Document Control
- Establish document management and record retention procedures, including archiving and storage of quality records, inspection reports, certificates of conformity, etc.
8. Training and Personnel Competence
- Provide training for quality control personnel to ensure understanding and compliance with the quality management system and SOPs.
